Our History

Being of Greek Descent George Sachel always had an itch to open a drive in.

Driven by his entrepreneur sprit he finally accomplished his goal in 1965 when he open his first Mimi’s in the center of his home town of Mexico NY. He quickly moved down the road to Oswego in 1967 with his second store.

Then in 1970 came to Fulton with his third, the only one still in operation.
